Sleep helps improve the health, wellness, and fitness outcomes of patients and clients! Right. But...how?

Coming from health and wellness, ourselves, we know that the average health and wellness professional hasn’t received very much education or training on sleep, even though sleep impacts patient and client outcomes.

For example, did you know that physicians only receive 3-4 hours of education on sleep in medical school?

Here’s the problem faced by health and wellness professionals:
They are aware of the importance of sleep on the health and wellness of their patients/clients, but they do not know where to start when it comes time to integrate sleep into practice.

This means that they can’t help their patients/clients as much as they would like.

Well, that’s exactly why we’re bringing to you SnoozzZfest - a conference that will help your clients and patients achieve their health, wellness, and fitness goals through improved sleep.

Scroll down to view our amazing list of speakers, including LPGA Pro-Golfer Nicole Jeray, Prof. John Peever (Director of the Centre for Biological Timing and Cognition, University of Toronto), and Dr. Luc P. Beaudoin (sleep expert who has appeared on CBC, CTV, The Guardian, Forbes, New York Times, etc.)

Here’s what you will learn:

  • How to integrate sleep into your practice, directly from people who have already integrated sleep care and support into their respective practices, whether that be in chiropractic, nutrition, sports coaching, health coaching, or psychiatry.
  • How to use sleep to impact health, wellness, fitness, and performance outcomes positively.
